1. How can I reach you?

   Please be aware my typical hours of operation are: 
   MONDAY - THURSDAY: 6 PM - 9 PM CT
   FRIDAY - SATURDAY: 9 AM - 5 PM CT

2. Where have you traveled?
   I have been lucky enough to have traveled across 3 continents, 11 countries, and countless cities. I’m able to leverage my personal experience to help curate the best recommendations to craft your ideal itinerary.
    

3. Are you able to create and book itineraries for places you haven't been?
   Although I may not have firsthand experience in a particular destination (…yet!), I am able to make informed recommendations based on my network of trusted industry professionals and suppliers. And if I really feel it’s out of my depth, I am happy to refer you to a peer who may specialize in your particular area of interest.
    

4. Why should I use a travel advisor when I can book travel myself?
   Before becoming a travel advisor, I used many myself (and will even tell you my favorites!). In addition to saving you time and stress, travel advisors are uniquely positioned to offer trusted expertise based on personal experience and/or our relationships with other industry professionals and suppliers. I also have access to promotions and perks that are not available to the general public. And unlike booking engines, I’m here to answer your questions, proactively address the unknowns, and advocate for you when things don’t go as planned.
    

5. Why do you charge fees if you make commissions? 
   Lost + Found Boutique Travel Planning is compensated on a fee and commission basis. This means we charge upfront fees for planning services and potentially make commissions through travel suppliers, like hotels, tours, etc.  By charging service fees, we can offer a wide array of bespoke travel services, with more cost-effective and attainable options. Fees also allow me to be "commission blind,” or considerate of properties, tours, and etc. where I may not make commission, allowing me to truly make the best choice for your needs.  All services include extensive research and expert knowledge of the destination and in-destination travel suppliers.​​
